This license specifies the contents of the artist’s work may be referenced and/or used in the works of others so long as the entirety of the original work is not copied in full, nor claimed as theirs by anyone other then the original author. It is understood by all that the original work is wholly owned by the original author. The original author may choose to do as they wish with their original work.
Any subsequent work that contains references or items from the original work becomes wholly owned by the creator of the new work. There are no requirements that the new work be released under this license.
